Planting of 17 varieties of Pays d´Auge cider apples on 20 hectares of organic orchards by the seaside. Exploitation and artisanal production in a typically Norman environment.
On a domain with an agricultural vocation since always, we extended, 20 years ago, the surface of apple and pear plantations and dedicated our reflection and our action exclusively to the transformation of apples and pears. Pure juice, the traditional method, natural effervescence, the expression of the terroir, respect for the land are all terms that have given us and which still give us a line of conduct in our production choices.
Today, we produce 2 pure apple and pear juices, cider vinegar aged in oak barrels, 3 main cuvées of vintage ciders, 2-year-old Pommeau de Normandie, blends and vintages Calvados Pays d'Auge.
We welcome our clients to the Domaine, to whom we offer the chance to discover our work through visits and tastings as well as meals in our Victor bistro room. Orchards and grassy terraces surround the reception areas. All services are by reservation. We are located on the charming coast road between Honfleur and Trouville-Deauville, between sea and countryside.
We also ship our products to our French and foreign customers and focus on our exports. Our customers are resellers in specialized distribution channels. And we mainly work live.
We are part of the organic and local network and 'Bienvenue à la ferme' label. We also offer entertainment as part of Calvados Time events.
Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m. in July and August)
