La vie en rose

  • 5 cl of Calvados
  • 2 cl of guava juice
  • 1,5 cl of banana liquor
  • 1 cl of applesauce 
  • Complete with Citrus tonic

Pom' Pom' Pom

  • Pink pepper
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cl of sugar syrup
  • 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 3 cl of sparkling water

Crush the berries in the shaker. Tear the 3 fresh basil leaves. Add the sugar syrup, lemon juice, Calvados and fill with ice cubes. Shake for ten seconds, filter and serve in a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling water and fresh basil.

King for a day

  • 2 crushed coffee beans
  • 2 cl of almond / orgeat syrup
  • 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cl of apple juice
  • 4,5 cl of Calvados VSOP

In a shaker filled with ice, incorporate all the ingredients. Shake vigorously. Using a colander, pour into a sherry-type stemmed glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.

Summer moon

  • 1 slice of fresh ginger, crushed
  • 1/4 of a vanilla pod (seeds only)
  • 2cl of fresh lime juice
  • 2cl of fresh pineapple juice
  • 2cl of sugar syrup*
  • 4,5 cl of Calvados VS
  • 1,5cl of egg white

This cocktail will be shaked once with the ice cubes, then once without, in order to raise the egg white and give the desired velvety side. Filter and serve in a bowl.

* For sugar syrup: one volume of sugar for one volume of water.

Apple mojito

  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 cl of cane sugar syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 8 cl of Ginger ale
  • Crushed ice
Crush the mint leaves with lime and cane sugar syrup. Add 4cl of Calvados, put the crushed ice and complete with the Ginger ale.

Eng-ler

  • 3 cl of Calvados
  • 1 cl of Triple Sec
  • 1 cl of cinnamon syrup
  • 1 cl of lemon juice
  • 2 cl of apple juice

Calvados Tonic

  • 3 cl of Calvados
  • 7 cl of Tonic
  • Ice

Red Drakkar

  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 2 cl of Mangalore Liqueur
  • 1 cl of grenadine syrup
  • 6 cl of passion fruit nectar
  • Ice

Key West

  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 1 cl of caramel liqueur
  • 0,5 cl of grapefruit syrup
  • 8 cl of cranberry juice
  • Ice

Shake Normandy

  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 2 cl of pear liqueur
  • 8 cl of applejuice
  • 1 cl of cinnamon syrup
  • Ice
 

Norman T

  • 5 cl of Calvados Domfrontais
  • 1,5 cl of toasted hazelnuts syrup
  • 8 cl of apple juice
  • Liquid cream (floating)
  • Bitter chocolate (garnish)

  • 3 cl of Calvados
  • 2 cl of Pommeau de Normandie
  • 6 cl of apple juice
  • 1 grenadine syrup drop
  • Ice

Norman Spritz

  • 3 cl of Calvados
  • 3 cl of Aperol
  • 10 cl of Domfront Perry
  • 1 or 2 orange slices

Norman Sun

  • 4 cl of Calvados
  • 1,5 cl of Banana liqueur
  • 6 cl of orange juice
  • 1 grenadine syrup drop
  • Ice

Yummy pie

  • 4,5 cl of Calvados
  • 1 cl of huckleberry syrup
  • Few drops of cherry bitter
  • 8 cl of apple juice
  • Liquid cream
  • Finely grated lemon zest
