Producer of farm cider and cider-based products, our cider house is located in the Cotentin region in Normandy.
Created in 1992, the GAEC, a joint operating group, was made up of three partners: Alain Dauget, Vincent Auguste and Emmanuel Legardinier
From the beginning, our herd of dairy cows has produced milk and beef. The presence of orchards on the farm and our commitment to the conservation of our heritage have led us to develop cider production.
Located 10 km from the sea, on the west coast of Cotentin, our orchards in 1992, 1996 and 2006 take into account the prevailing westerly winds for the choice of plots with the plantation of windbreak hedges.
Today, 10 ha of high-stem orchards with four main varieties of cider apples including Belles Filles de la Manche, an early variety, and Noël des Champs, the latest variety, allow the cows to graze.
In 2021, cider production becomes a full-fledged production of the farm with the arrival of Clément Leplatois, Alain's son-in-law.
Our quality is recognized by numerous awards during agricultural competitions, in particular for our PDO Cotentin cider, naturally sparkling and 100% pure juice.
Our reputation as a farm producer is unanimous in the Cotentin and beyond, in Normandy.
Opening hours: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
