This domain is located in the south of the Pays d'Auge region, between Camembert, Mont-Ormel and Haras-du-Pin.
Since Pierre Hubert in 1855, five generations of producer-harvesters have passed on cider-making know-how.
Currently 60 hectares of high and low-stem orchards are cultivated and the products made have diversified: apple balsamic, cider vinegar, apple juice, perry and cider traditional method, PDO Pays d'Auge cider, liqueur made from Calvados, Pommeau de Normandie, Calvados Pays d'Auge.
Astrid welcomes groups by appointment for a tour of the orchards, the processing workshop, the cider factory, the still and the aging cellars. Allow 30 minutes to 1h30 depending on the interest!
