Lycée Professionnel Agricole du Pays de Bray

The Lycée Professionnel Agricole du Pays de Bray farming college welcomes you to its 17th century château to come and discover the estate's cider-making facility.
Dating back to the 17th century, the estate (château) is currently used as a farming college. The farm was set up in 1988 with 70 dairy cows whose milk is made into Cœur de Neufchâtel cheese at our own cheese dairy. We have an apple orchard where we use the crop to make apple juice, cider, Pommeau de Normandie and Calvados. All this processing takes place in the cider-house with our own pot-still, with on-site cellar ageing.
To get to the estate, from Rouen, take the main N31 road heading towards Gournay en Bray – coming from Beauvais, take the main N31 road heading towards Forges les Eaux.

For groups, visits can be arranged from Monday to Saturday by prior booking: château and cider-house with tasting and sales outlet, the tour lasts 2hrs.
For families in July and August, on Wednesdays from 14.00 to 17.00, you can walk round the orchard and enjoy a guided tour to learn about how Calvados and Pommeau are distilled and matured.
Sales outlet opening hours : each Friday from 8.00 to 18.00.
